Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been printed or dispatched.
- Once printing has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Eligible cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for approved cancellations or defective/damaged products.
- In case of damage or manufacturing defects, we will first offer a replacement.
- If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
Returns/Exchanges
As a small independent brand, we are currently unable to offer general returns or size exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will make it right by replacing the product with a fresh, quality-checked piece. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Since we are not a large fulfillment-based brand, delivery may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait. Every order is handled with care and quality is never compromised.
Tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
